Sport at the Hall

With the greatest sporting event arriving in town this month, the eyes of the sporting world are sure to be on London once again.

Although the Hall has never been used as a venue in any Olympic Games, it has a rich sporting heritage – with a number of sports being played here over the Hall’s 140 year history.

Sport has had a long and prestigious history at the Hall, a venue which was not built with this kind of event in mind, but which lends itself perfectly to the wide range of competitions and combat that have taken place here over the years.
